Bathroom Remodeling in Easton, Connecticut
Easton is one of Fairfield County's most rural, tightly zoned towns — three-acre lots, wooded ridges, and no commercial strip to speak of. That character is exactly what makes a bathroom remodel here different: many Easton homes run on private wells and septic systems, so water pressure, drainage, and fixture choices all have to be planned around the home's own systems rather than a municipal hookup. For more than 20 years, Omega Development has remodeled bathrooms across Easton with that reality built into the plan from day one.
From the antique Colonials and farmhouses near Easton Center to the newer custom homes off Sport Hill and Black Rock Turnpike, we handle carpentry, tile, plumbing, and electrical with one in-house crew — no subcontractor juggling, a cleaner job site, and a schedule you can count on. Every project is designed in 3D before demo day, so you approve the tile, vanity, lighting, and layout before we lift a hammer.
We pull Easton's permits and manage inspections start to finish, and we build to code for the town's well, septic, and wetlands requirements where they apply. Whether it's a full primary-bath transformation, a tub-to-shower conversion, or a vanity-and-tile refresh, you get local knowledge and a licensed, insured crew on every job.
What to know about remodeling a bathroom in Easton
Most Easton homes are older Colonials, antique farmhouses, and custom houses set on large, wooded lots. Many were built before modern plumbing codes, so a remodel here often goes deeper than finishes — updating supply lines, adding proper venting, and repairing or replacing subfloors that decades of moisture have worn down. We plan for those realities up front so there are no mid-project surprises.
Because most of the town runs on private wells and septic systems, fixture selection matters more than it does on municipal water. We size showerheads, valves, and drainage to what your well and septic can comfortably support — avoiding oversized fixtures that starve water pressure or overload the system, especially when a project adds a new bathroom.
Permitting in Easton runs through the town Building Department, and projects near the Aspetuck Reservoir or protected wetlands can also trigger health-district or conservation review. We handle those approvals and inspections for you. The biggest cost drivers on Easton bathrooms are usually hidden conditions in older homes, the amount of tile and stone, and whether plumbing is being moved.
Built for Easton's wells, septic & historic homes
On Easton's private wells and septic systems, we size fixtures and drainage to match what the property can actually support — no oversized rain-heads that starve the pressure, no drainage surprises. In the town's older farmhouses and Colonials, we modernize dated plumbing and layouts while respecting the home's original proportions and trim, so the new bathroom feels like it always belonged there.

It was a pleasure working with Inacio and the Omega team! My home renovation project was not an easy or simple one, with many challenges along the way, as most construction projects tend to be. Inacio was able to navigate his way through the tough times and find solutions, ultimately leading to a stellar finished product, far exceeding expectations. What's also nice is that we've developed and continue to maintain a strong relationship even to this day. Inacio is a great person and a solid resource to have.

Inacio and his team at Omega built a stunning three-season porch for my family. There aren't enough words to say how impressed we were with his honesty, integrity, and craftsmanship. Inacio was always available and frequently came to check on the work. His team is professional and meticulous — especially the finish carpentry guys, amazing! When an issue came up, Inacio fixed it, no questions asked — truly a man of his word. I will never use anyone else. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Omega Development renovated my home's living room, hallway, two full bathrooms, and a half powder room after a water leak from the second-floor bathroom. I was amazed by Omega crew's craftsmanship and detail-oriented finishes — the work really came out great. I fully recommend them.

Omega did two jobs for us and we are so pleased with the results. They have skilled workers who complete whatever you ask while keeping the rest of the home and their work area as clean as possible. They replaced sheet rock and repainted a ceiling in one room, then did a tile demo and wall/tile install in another bathroom. Very timely — they'd arrive early to get started as soon as they could.

Fantastic experience with Omega on the renovation of my home. Inacio and his team were always there, over-communicating, and the end results are extremely high quality. It's hard to find honest, high-quality contractors today, and I'm delighted to have hired Inacio and his team — I'd recommend them highly to anyone.

The best! I cannot recommend Inacio, Rafa, and their entire team more highly. Omega Development executed a major home renovation for my family — extending our living room, a full kitchen reno, and an additional master bedroom and bath.

We have used Omega for all our needs these past few years. That has included everything from minor repairs, a full house painting (inside and out), and floor refinishing, to an addition on the third floor.
