3. Estimates and Preliminary Pricing

Any pricing information provided through the website, via email, or during initial phone consultations is a preliminary estimate based on the information available at that time.

Final project costs are determined only after a formal site visit and structural evaluation.
A detailed, written Construction Agreement signed by both parties is required before any physical work begins.

4. Project Timelines and "High-Velocity" Delivery

While Omega Development LLC is known for our high-velocity project management model, all completion dates are estimates. Timelines may be impacted by:

Adverse weather conditions (specifically coastal or winter conditions in CT).
Delays in municipal permitting (Town of Westport, Greenwich P&Z, etc.).
Supply chain fluctuations or material availability.
Unforeseen site conditions (hidden structural issues, rock excavation, etc.). Omega is not liable for indirect damages resulting from delays beyond our reasonable control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Omega Development LLC logo, text, site photography, and proprietary design materials, is the property of Omega Development LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our project designs or imagery for commercial purposes without express written consent.
